God’s peace be with you through faith in Jesus Christ as the only Savior. The Montana District is a division of the Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod. The 68 congregations and over 11,000 individual members of those congregations believe, teach and confess that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, who came into the world to save sinners. Through His holy life, His death and His resurrection Jesus appeased the righteous wrath of God at sin and became the only way of salvation. In Him, and Him alone is forgiveness and life. God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have life everlasting.
Proclaiming God’s love as demonstrated in salvation through faith in Jesus is the reason we established this website. We hope that the resources you find here may help lead you to faith in Jesus or strengthen your faith as you connect with one of our Churches or schools where you can hear the Good News of Jesus proclaimed.
